Mary started memorizing the Scriptures as a preschooler. She
has been a student of prophecy since she was a teenager,
studying and teaching in the Holy Land, Europe, and Asia.


A successful businesswoman, her interests include a multi-
million dollar health care facility in downtown Montgomery,
farming, leasing, and fumiture. She was Montgomery's Woman
of Achievement for 1975, and nominated for Who's Who in
1977.


She is a Commercial Pilot, Multi-Engine Instrument Flight
Instructor, and has piloted her plane on international flights. A
two-term Commissioner in the Alabama Aeronautics Depart-
ment, she is now in her third term as Secretary-Treasurer of the
Montgomery Airport Authority. She attended schools, colleges,
and universities in Alabama and Florida. She is the widow of the
late Dr. C.B. Relfe, a Montgomery physician.


In 1980, she wrote the international Bestseller, WHEN YOUR
MONEY FAILS. She also writes and publishes a Newsletter,
Current Events & Bible Prophecy.

PREFACE


THE THRUST OF THE FIRST BOOK I WROTE, WHEN YOUR
MONEY FAILS ... THE 666 SYSTEM IS HERE, was to find a
common bond between Government debts, hyperinflation, the col-
lapse of economies, the worthlessness of currencies, electronic
Money, and the emergence of a World Wide Card with which to
conduct commerce. The thread woven throughout this chain of
events proved to be the usage of the Number “666.” Dozens of
usages were both discussed and pictured by many segments of
industry, from banking to communications, from manufacturing
to retail.

As a successful business person of many years, I had become
a keen observer of economic trends. As a student of Bible Proph-
ecy, I was able to identify a positive drift toward the last Economic
Regime about which the Prophet John had said would be UNI-
VERSAL, CASHLESS, CONDUCTED WITH “MARKS,” and, through
this unique System of “buying and selling” control would be gained
over the Political and Religious Disciplines of the World. However,
in the first book, J could only define broad outlines of a loosely
knit World Federation promoting the consensus of “Internation-
alism” through the open and broad usages of the Number “666.”
For example, I would discover it on a flashlight manufactured in
West Germany; on shoes made in Taiwan, on a key imprinted in
the United States, and on bank Cards in Austrailia. And while


these do not exhaust my research, I use this grouping to indicate
that there seemed to be no common denominator or corporate
identity to be uncovered in any of these organizations. Further-
more, I was unable to pinpoint any one giant conglomerate, na-
tional or multi-national, most reponsible for the “666 phenomenon”
of the decade of the 1970's.

But God made Revelation progressive! While we see through a
glass darkly, we do see! And we see clearer in this decade of the
80’s than we saw in the 70’s. We have moved into closer proximity
with these events, and those specks of dust we were discerning
in the 70's have turned out to be the pillars upon which this entire
End-time System is structured.

THE THRUST OF THIS BOOK, THE NEW MONEY SYSTEM,
and 666, is to discuss:


¢ How Bar Codes “MARKS” for PRODUCTS, PLACES and PEO-
PLE are becoming the Universal System of IDENTIFICATION
for purposes of “buying and selling.”


¢ As Items are now identified by Bar Codes, Personal Identifi-
cation is being converted to Bar Codes.


e The “Coded” use of “666” in the Universal Product Code “Bar
Code,” etc.


¢ The identity of THE CONSORTIUM PROMOTING THE GLOBAL
USE OF “666,” and expand upon the users of this Number to
include HEADS OF NATIONS, DEPARTMENTS OF GOVERN-
MENTS, RELIGIOUS ORDERS, and WORLD ORGANIZATIONS.


e ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (THE CASHLESS) SYSTEM
IS DESIGNED TO REMOVE ALL MONEY FROM INDIVIDU-
ALS; BUT, BY SO DOING, WILL ELIMINATE ALL PERSONAL
FREEDOM AND PRIVACY.


e As every person, place and thing come under the Identity and
Control of this “Bar Code Marking System,” the Chief Archi-
tects of this Consortium will realize the fruition of their ulterior
motive; THE NEW MONEY SYSTEM; “Marks” for people;
“Money” for them.

The first book was about the Number. This book is about the
Mark, and how the Mark incorporates the Number.

The Prophet John identified this Cashless System of Commerce
1900 years ago as one in which business would be transacted with
a “Mark” and a Number; the Mark will obviously be a Bar Code;
the Number will be “666;” the combination of the two, about which
you will read in this book, will be an integral part of the “666
System,” another term for the World Government System destined
to close out this present Age with a 7-year Totalitarian Regime,
Daniel's 70th Week. Daniel 9:27.

OOPS ... CHANGEOVER AT THE PENTAGON! The United States De-
fense Department Journal, First Quarter 1980, pages 42 & 43 show a car-
toon which depicts the change in Defense Management from an old runner
handing the torch of management to a new runner. The new runner for the
United States Defense Department is wearing the World Code, “666.” This

clearly indicates the United States Defense is now under the influence of
the Global Order which will one day consummate in the last One World
Government System, whose Politics, Economy, and Religion will be char-
acterized by the Number “666.” Revelation 16:18.

WORLD FUTURE SOCIETY

The World Future Society with headquarters at 4916 St. Elmo Avenue,
Washington, D.C., 20014, is a prestigious, nonprofit organization of scien-
tists and scholars concerned with the world’s future technologically and
sociologically. World Future Society, like other extremely sophisticated
groups, promote a “One World” theme. Their logo, when viewed in a mir-
ror, is the Global Identification Number, “666.”


Jerusalem Post, November 25, 1980, pictures an advertisement of a Na-
tionwide contest entitled, “Uncover Six Six Six and Win!” Sponsored by
the Department of Education and Health Services, it is designed to “ed-
ucate, prepare, and condition” the Jews to accept these smiling 666’s as
something not bad, but good! It is the Number of their False Messiah, the
antichrist, and his World Government System, which will attempt to ex-
terminate the Jews in the time of Jacob’s Trouble, Matthew 24:15; Daniel
9:27; 12:1. It will be Israel’s Final Folly. Jesus Christ warned them:


“I am come in my Father's Name, and ye receive me not: if
another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.” John
5:43. “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. They shall prosper that
love thee.” Psalms 122:6.

trol” inherent in this Global (Cashless) Economic System could

will combine to produce history’s first Worldwide Dictatorship
with the audacity to demand, the means to follow up; and the
power to receive total allegiance from every person on the earth
... almost. John Wicklein, in his book, Electronic Nightmare, mak-
ing no religious application said:

a national (or international) government could extract
from the people all the information it needed to CON-
TROL THEIR LIVES, and transmit to the people only
that information which would aid in that control.”!


Hopefully, you will discover how these technologies will assist
in the control over all “Buying and Selling,” and shift the power
of all the wealth of the world into the hands of a few who control
the System. When all “Buying and Selling” will no longer be ac-
companied by transfers of money, only electronic pulses juggling
account Numbers and “Value Exchanges,” then will be brought to
pass The New Money System. It will have little to do with Money,
it will be operated with “Marks.” Those who control the System
will have all the Money; the public will have all the “Marks.” “And
he causeth all to receive a Mark...” “Charagma in Greek, Im-
pressed Mark; engraving; a stamp containing an encoded message.”


“Power (Control) was given him over all kindreds,
and tongues and nations. And all that dwell upon the

PROLOGUE


The world’s greatest conspiracy is being quietly conducted in
the most sacred halls of secular secrecy. While its thrust is Eco-
nomic, its reach is without limit. No System will escape its mas-
